PS1 games that don't use analog sticks or L2/R2 buttons?

So,

I built a multipurpose, multi-system arcade cabinet, and I'm thinking of putting my PS1 collection on it, but it only has one analog stick (emulates DPAD), 6 face buttons (Mapped to X, Square, Triangle, Circle, L1, R1) and two front buttons (Start, Select).



How limited am I as to the number of PS1 games on the console can be played without the buttons I'm missing?

If I remember correctly, there should still be quite a lot of games I can play like this, right?
